Eli Lilly Lawsuit

Willow stops selling oral GLP-1 drops after it is sued by  pharmaceutical manufacturer Eli Lilly for false advertising

Willow previously sold GLP-1 oral drops, but stopped selling them after pharmaceutical manufacturer Eli Lilly sued Willow for false advertising.  

 

Eli Lilly's lawsuit was dismissed for procedural reasons.

 

However, consumers who purchased Willow products based on false or misleading claims about their effectiveness may be able to pursue legal claims against Willow. 

Legal Remedies

Consumers misled by Willow's advertising who wish to pursue legal remedies may be required to do so in California

Willow's terms of service dictate that "[a]ll claims, legal proceedings, or litigation arising in connection with the Services will be brought solely in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California."
